Our Story
At Grip & Giggles, we believe Pilates is more than just movement, it’s a mindset. Our grip socks are a reflection of the strength, joy, and connection that Pilates brings to our lives.
Founded by a Pilates enthusiast who wanted to make the practice more fun, and community-driven, Grip & Giggles is here to celebrate every body, every move, and every giggle shared on the reformer (or mat).
Our grip sock designs are rooted in, creativity, and a commitment to community. With each pair, we’re not just supporting your practice, we’re building a community where everyone feels seen, supported, and stylish.
Because at the end of the day, Pilates is about showing up for yourself and having a little fun while you’re at it.
Meet the Founder 💕
Hi, I’m the heart (and socks) behind Grip & Giggles — a Pilates girlie with a love for bold colors, giggle-filled classes, and creating things that feel like joy.
I started this brand because I couldn’t find grip socks that truly matched the vibe I wanted — playful, powerful, and a little bit flirty. So I made them. I believe your socks can be more than just part of your outfit; they can be a convo starter, a confidence boost, and even the beginning of a new Pilates friendship.
Movement has always been my space to reset and reconnect with myself. It sparks my creativity, grounds my energy, and reminds me that I can do hard things, especially with a community that laughs through the burn. That’s the magic I want to bottle with every pair of socks I design.
Building this brand from scratch has been one wild ride of learning new things and celebrating tiny wins (like finding the perfect thread color 👀). My dream? To make socks that support your boldest moves, in and out of Pilates, while creating a space that feels warm, welcoming, and full of fun.
When I’m not dreaming up new designs, you’ll find me on the reformer (or cadillac), taking dance classes, or stretched out in the sun with a smile on my face. Movement fuels me, sunshine recharges me, and building this brand lights me up in ways I never imagined. Creating something from the ground up isn’t always easy, but it’s the most beautiful kind of challenge.
Thanks for being here. I can’t wait to see what we build, and giggle through, together.
Rooted in strength. Wrapped in fun.
With Gratitude and Excitement
